Real success - anyway we measure it - whether it's happiness, family, fame, money - can't be achieved when confronted with cynicism.

They go out in order to find what they already want without asking permission; they're driven, focused, and work through the negatives by centering on the positives.
Cynics conversely - can be like quicksand.
Cynics like to find other cynics and sit together - saying 'it feels good to keep angry'. They complain - often with intensity - that every slight against them turns into a gigantic conspiracy.
